Fine blanking technology

Precision processing on a scale of microns is possible, which is difficult with general press processing. The machining processes such as cutting and drilling can be eliminated, and even products with complex shapes can be mass-produced by pressing (fine blanking).

We realized fine blanking of stainless steel parts, which were difficult for mass production. We have a 1,100 tons fine blanking machine capable of die-cutting and forming iron and stainless steel thick plates up to 10mm.
